Structurely is a conversation platform for teams: AI over voice, SMS and email, call cadences, and live transfers to whoever is on duty. Apanto does one job, lead response, and publishes what it costs. This page lays both out so you can tell in about two minutes which one your business actually needs.
Structurely pricing: what is published, and what is not
Structurely's pricing page shows three plans, Small Team, Large Team and Enterprise. None of them carries a platform fee on the page. The fee comes from a sales conversation. What is published is the usage side, described as platform access plus API access plus usage based activity:
- Voice: as low as $0.07 per minute
- SMS: as low as $0.02 per message
- Email: as low as $0.02 per AI email
No free trial is stated. Onboarding is described, without a fee attached. Read at structurely.com/pricing on 12 September 2026.
Two things follow from that. First, "as low as" is a floor, not a rate, so your real cost depends on volume and on the plan you land in. Second, the numbers you will find on review blogs are out of date: Structurely repriced in January 2026 after its acquisition by CapStone Holdings, and the entry tiers and onboarding fees those articles quote are gone from the site. If a comparison page quotes you a Structurely monthly figure, including this one, check it at source before you believe it.
What Apanto costs
All of it is on the pricing page, with no conversation required for a solo licence.
| Plan | Price | What comes with it |
|---|---|---|
| Solo, founding | $89/mo, rate locked 12 months | Then $149. 30 days money back |
| Solo, standard | $149/mo | One agent, one number |
| Brokerage seats | $99/agent/mo | Three seat minimum, no cap. $59 on the founding rate, locked 12 months |
No setup fee. No per message credits. No annual contract. Texting is included rather than metered, so a busy month costs what a quiet month costs.
For a small brokerage the arithmetic is blunt: three seats are $297 a month, and two solo licences are $298. The third seat is free.
The difference that actually matters
It is not speed. Every tool in this category promises a reply in under a minute, and most of them deliver it. The difference is what happens by default.
Apanto does not send anything until you say so. A lead texts or calls, Apanto drafts the reply in your voice, and it waits for your approval. Autopilot exists, but it is off when you start and it is earned after you have approved 50 or more messages and seen how it writes. Most software in this space ships the other way round, sending on its own from message one with a switch somewhere to slow it down. Most people never change a default, which is why the default is the whole argument.
The rest of the posture follows from that:
- It never negotiates, never puts a value on a property, and never advises on terms or financing. Those are your licence, so they come to you.
- One text from your phone stops it. Full logs of every message, in and out.
- It works off your phone number, not your CRM. Nothing to migrate, no records to import, no second system to keep tidy.
- Missed calls are covered. A caller who would have hit voicemail gets a text back instead, in under 60 seconds.
Who Structurely is better for
Plainly: teams with an inside sales desk. If you need an AI voice agent that dials, multi channel cadences that chase a lead across email and SMS for weeks, live transfers to whoever is available, or an API to hang your own systems off, Structurely is built for that and Apanto is not. A ten person team running paid leads at volume should get a quote and take it seriously.
You should also know what you are choosing between on proof. Structurely has been selling to teams for years. Apanto is early stage software, and we do not have a wall of customer names to show you. What we have instead is a published price, a 30 day money back guarantee on the founding solo rate, and a founder sized support line rather than a queue.
Where each one fits
| Structurely | Apanto | |
|---|---|---|
| Shape | Team conversation platform: voice, SMS, email, cadences, live transfers | Lead response only: SMS and missed call text back |
| Price | Platform fee on request, plus usage from $0.02 per SMS and $0.07 per voice minute | Published. $149/mo solo, $89 founding. $99/agent for brokerages, three seat minimum |
| Metered messages | Yes, usage based | No |
| Trial | Not stated | No trial. 30 days money back on the founding solo rate |
| Best for | Teams with an inside sales desk and paid lead volume | Solo agents, and brokerages of 3 to 12 whose agents answer their own leads |
Why the first reply is worth this much attention
In the National Association of REALTORS 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, 74% of sellers contacted only one agent before listing, and 67% of first time buyers interviewed only one. Three out of four sellers never run a second conversation. Being the one who answers is most of being the one they hire.
Price the other side of it too. A single Zillow lead connection runs $223 in major metros and $139 outside them, at Zillow's published rates. One lead that goes cold because nobody replied at 9pm costs more than a month of either product on this page.

How much does Structurely cost?
There is no published platform fee. Three plans, Small Team, Large Team and Enterprise, each behind a sales conversation, with published usage rates of as low as $0.07 per voice minute, $0.02 per SMS and $0.02 per AI email. Checked on 12 September 2026. Older figures on review sites predate the January 2026 repricing.
Is there a Structurely alternative for a solo agent?
Structurely is built for teams. If all you want is new leads answered fast, a lead response tool is the closer fit. Apanto is $149 a month, or $89 on the founding rate locked for 12 months, with no setup fee and no credits.
Does Structurely offer a free trial?
None is stated on its pricing page as of 12 September 2026. Apanto has no trial either. Founding members get 30 days money back instead, which means you are set up and running rather than evaluating.
Does Apanto make outbound calls?
No. Apanto answers by text, and texts back the calls you miss. No AI voice agent, no dialler, no live transfer. If those matter to you, Structurely is the more complete platform and we would rather say so now than in week two.
How long does setup take?
About two weeks. Business texting in the United States runs through carrier registration, and that review is the wait. It applies to every compliant provider, so treat any promise of same day texting with care.
Does Apanto work with my CRM?
Not yet. Apanto works off your phone number, so your CRM keeps storing leads and Apanto answers the ones who text or call.
