Apanto is a sole proprietorship registered in Texas, USA, at 100 Twin Lakes Dr, Double Oak, TX 75077. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
From people who enquire. Your name, email address, and, only if you choose to give it, your mobile number, along with whether you ticked the box consenting to SMS.
From agents who subscribe. Name, email address, phone number, brokerage, and billing details processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
From their leads. Phone number and the content of messages exchanged, processed on the agent's behalf.
How we use it
Only to deliver the service: replying to your enquiry, drafting, sending and logging responses to leads, and giving agents a record of those conversations. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers required to operate Apanto: Twilio (message delivery), Anthropic (message drafting), Stripe (payments), Netlify (website and form handling), and Google (email, file storage, and website analytics).
We do not sell personal information. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and website analytics
getapanto.com uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and search terms bring people here. It sets cookies in your browser and records a shortened IP address, the pages you view, and the site or search that referred you.
Google's advertising features are switched off — no Google Signals, no ad personalisation, no remarketing. The data tells us how the site is found and nothing else, which is why the line above about advertising profiles still holds.
You can opt out on every site you visit with Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Nothing here needs analytics cookies to work, and the app at app.getapanto.com does not carry them.
Retention and your choices
Conversation logs are retained for the life of the account and can be exported on request. On account closure or written request we delete personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it by law.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to delete your details by emailing hello@getapanto.com.
