Who sends these messages. Apanto sends SMS messages from (817) 328-3726 to people who have contacted Apanto about our service. Apanto is a sole proprietorship registered in Texas, USA, at 100 Twin Lakes Dr, Double Oak, TX 75077.
Apanto does not send marketing, promotional or bulk text messages. We do not buy, rent, or upload phone number lists, and we never send the first message to a number that has not contacted us.
How you opt in
There are exactly three ways to start receiving messages from us, and no others:
- The enquiry form on our website. At getapanto.com you may enter your mobile number and tick the SMS consent box. The box is unticked by default, we never tick it for you, and ticking it is not a condition of buying anything. If you leave it unticked we will reply by email instead.
- You call us and we miss it. If you dial (817) 328-3726 and we cannot answer, we send one text back to the number that called.
- You text us first. If you text (817) 328-3726, your message is the opt-in and we reply.
What you will receive
One-to-one conversational replies about your enquiry, and if you become a customer, messages about your account setup. Message frequency varies depending on your conversation.
Rates, help and opting out
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Opt-out is honoured immediately and permanently, and we will send one final message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@getapanto.com or (817) 328-3726.
Messages sent to our customers' own leads
Apanto's product answers inbound leads for real estate agents who subscribe. Those messages are sent on that agent's behalf, from a number assigned to that agent, only to people who called or texted that agent first, relying on the consent the consumer gave to that agent directly. Depending on the stage of the agent's setup they are sent under the agent's own carrier registration or under Apanto's registration on the agent's behalf. Every such message can be stopped by replying STOP.
