What happens when the 12 months are up?
Your founding rate holds for 12 months from signup, then moves to the standard rate of $149/mo. Founding pricing applies to Pro licences; brokerage seats are $99 an agent from the start. We say that out loud at signup rather than letting you find it on a statement.
Can I try it free first?
No trial. What you get instead is a full refund for thirty days. Pay the founding rate, and any point in the first month you want out, we refund it. The difference is that you'd be set up and running rather than evaluating.
Why is there a three-seat minimum?
A brokerage registers with the carriers once for the whole firm, and that setup is the same amount of work whether it covers one agent or ten. Below three seats the maths stops working, and at that size two Pro licences cost about the same anyway.
I'm not putting all fourteen agents on something unproven.
You shouldn't. Start with the four or five taking the most inbound. If it works you add the rest; if it doesn't, you've risked one month on five seats.
$99 a head is more than my whole CRM.
It should be. Your CRM stores leads, it doesn't answer them. What you're comparing is storage against response.
