Here's exactly what you're buying.

Apanto answers every lead who texts, calls, emails or fills in a form, by text, within 60 seconds: day, night, mid-showing, on the road. You approve every message before it goes out until you decide to switch that off. You can pause it with one word, and every conversation is logged where you can read it.

What you get today, live and working

• Missed-call text-back. A call you can't take gets a text from you within seconds, from a number that carries your name and brokerage.
• Instant SMS lead response. A lead texts, Apanto drafts the reply, you approve it by replying 1 from your phone or with a tap in your browser. Autopilot is there when you want it, after you've approved 50 messages.
• Your voice. During setup you share a few screenshots of texts you've actually sent, and we set the drafter's voice from them.
• Instant pause. Text PAUSE and nothing sends until you say so.
• Follow-ups. A lead who goes quiet gets a short nudge on day 1, 3 and 7, drafted from that conversation, and it stops the moment they reply. Off, or your own days, in Settings.
• Portal, website and app leads. Zillow, Realtor.com and Homes.com email you every lead: one mail filter forwards them and Apanto answers. Your own website form posts straight in. Facebook and Instagram lead ads, open-house sign-ins and form builders arrive through one webhook via Zapier or Make.
• Showings. When a lead names a time, you get a text: reply 2 to confirm, 3 to decline. Nothing is promised until you say yes. A confirmed showing goes to your calendar with one tap, and you both get a reminder.
• Dashboard. Every thread, every draft waiting on you, activity for the last 7 or 30 days, and a one-click export of your whole log.
• Apanto, directly. Founding members get a direct line to Apanto, not a support queue.

What isn't built yet

CRM sync. If you need it today, don't buy yet. Email hello@getapanto.com and we'll tell you where it is. We'd rather say it here than have you find out in week two.

And plainly: we don't have testimonials yet. You'd be one of the first. That's why the rate is $89 and why you reach us directly.

What happens after you pay

1. Stripe charges $89 today. Card on file, month to month, no contract. Stripe asks one question, how you heard about us, and that's it. Everything below is covered by the 30-day refund.
2. Within a few minutes, an email with your login link. It's single-use and good for 14 days. If it isn't in your inbox, check spam, then text us.
3. Setup, about ten minutes, on your phone. Your carrier and your cell number, the contacts you never want texted, your new Apanto number, who you want replied to, your screenshots, and one test call to prove it works. Your own number never changes, only where missed calls forward to.
4. Carrier registration, about two weeks. US carriers have to register you before anything can send; we file it. You'll get one verification text to confirm. Do it the same day, it's the slow step.
5. Live. Turn on call forwarding, approval mode is on, and the next lead you can't answer gets a text from you.

The money, in full

Two or more agents? Don't buy this. Brokerage seats are $99 an agent, three-seat minimum, scoped on a call: see pricing or talk to us.

What it will never do

• Never negotiates, never puts a value on a property, never advises on terms or financing. Those go straight to you.
• Never pretends to be a human. It replies on your behalf and hands over the moment a lead needs you.
• Never sends marketing texts. It only replies to people who called or texted you first, and any of them can stop it by replying STOP.
• Doesn't reach a lead that rings or messages inside a portal's own app. Those never touch a phone number or your inbox, so nothing can forward them. The leads a portal emails you are covered.
• Doesn't see texts sent to your personal cell. US carriers forward calls, not texts, so a text typed to your own mobile stays there. Apanto answers the texts that arrive at your Apanto number, which is why that number is worth putting where leads see it.
