The service
Apanto responds to inbound leads on an agent's behalf by SMS, and texts back missed calls. Subscriptions are month to month and can be cancelled at any time. Apanto is early-stage software. Founding members receive a rate locked for 12 months, setup handled personally, and direct access to the founder; features not yet built are described as such on the website and are not part of the subscription until released.
Carrier registration
US carriers require every business that sends text messages to be registered before any message can be delivered. We handle that registration for you as part of setup; it currently takes about two weeks. With your agreement we may run your assigned number under Apanto's own registration while yours is pending, so you are live sooner. No billing runs until your number is live.
Scope of what we do
Apanto performs administrative and scheduling functions only. All licensed activity, including advice on price, terms, property condition, and negotiation, is escalated to and performed by the client's licensed agents.
What we guarantee, and what we don't
Once your number is live, if we miss the five-minute response standard on more than 5% of your leads in a month, that month is free. The standard applies from your go-live date. We do not guarantee appointments, conversions, or closings; those depend on your lead sources, not on us.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for compliance with your real estate licence and for the accuracy of information you ask us to send. You must not use Apanto to send unsolicited marketing messages, and you must only give us numbers belonging to people who contacted you first.
Fair housing
Apanto will not characterise neighbourhoods by demographics, schools as a proxy, or "safety," and will not assist with any request that does.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
