Short answer: Ylopo does not publish a price. Its pricing page lists three plans, Solo, Growing Team and Complete, and says pricing scales to your market. You get a figure from its own calculator or from a live demo, terms and onboarding are covered in that conversation, and advertising spend is a separate cost on top. That is the whole of what is public, checked on 12 September 2026.
What you can actually confirm before a demo
- Three plans: Solo, Growing Team, and Complete, the last described as the full AI workforce.
- No dollar figures anywhere on the page. The page points you to a 60 second calculator or a demo for your number.
- Terms and onboarding are demo topics, not published ones.
- Ad spend sits on top. Ylopo's core is lead generation, and the advertising it runs is money you pay in addition to the platform.

Why every estimate you find online is different
Search for a Ylopo price and you will get numbers. They come from review blogs, not from Ylopo, and they disagree materially with each other: different platform figures, different setup fees, rarely a plan name or a year attached. We are not going to add another unverifiable number to that pile. What we would do in your position is run their calculator, then ask two questions on the demo: what is the monthly platform cost at my market and team size, and what is the minimum ad spend you recommend on top of it. The second number is usually the bigger one.
What Ylopo is for
Ylopo is a lead generation and marketing platform. Buyer and seller lead generation, a branded home search site, dynamic remarketing, seller intelligence, Google Local Service Ads, a dashboard, and AI text and voice nurture behind all of it, with your CRM connected.
It answers the question "where do my leads come from". That is a real question, and if it is your question, none of what follows applies. Buy lead generation.
The question worth answering first
Pull last month's numbers before you buy anything. Two counts:
- How many new leads reached you at all, from every source.
- How many of them got a reply within five minutes.
If the first number is small, you have a generation problem, and more response speed will not create leads that do not exist. If the second number is a fraction of the first, you have a response problem, and buying more leads pours them into the same gap. Most agents who feel like they need more leads are looking at the second problem, because the first is easier to name.
The stakes on the second one are published. In the National Association of REALTORS 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, 74% of sellers contacted only one agent before listing, and 67% of first time buyers interviewed only one. Most clients never run a second conversation, so the agent who answers is usually the agent they hire. And a lead has a market rate: a single Zillow lead connection is $223 in major metros and $139 outside them, at Zillow's published rates. A lead that goes cold at 9pm because nobody replied is not an abstraction, it is that much money.
What lead response alone costs
Apanto does the second job and nothing else. A new lead texts or calls your number and gets a reply in under 60 seconds, in your voice, day, night, weekend, mid showing. A call you miss gets a text back instead of a voicemail greeting. It asks about area and timeline, keeps the thread warm, and hands it to you.
| Plan | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Solo, founding | $89/mo, rate locked 12 months | Then $149. 30 days money back |
| Solo, standard | $149/mo | One agent, one number |
| Brokerage seats | $99/agent/mo | Three seat minimum, no cap. $59 on the founding rate, locked 12 months |
Published, on the page, with no demo in the way. No setup fee, no per message credits, no ad spend, no annual contract. Full pricing.
And you approve every message before it sends. Autopilot exists but it is off when you start, and it is earned after you have approved 50 or more messages and seen how it writes. Apanto never negotiates, never puts a value on a property, never advises on terms or financing, and never claims to be a person. Those are your licence, so they come to you. One text from your phone stops it.
Where each one fits
| Ylopo | Apanto | |
|---|---|---|
| Job | Generates leads: ads, branded search site, remarketing, then nurture | Answers leads you already get, by text |
| Price | Not published. Calculator or demo, ad spend on top | Published. $149/mo solo, $89 founding. $99/agent for brokerages, three seat minimum |
| Needs your CRM | Integrates with it | No. Works off your phone number |
| Who approves messages | Ask on the demo | You do, by default, until you decide otherwise |
| Best for | Teams with an advertising budget and a lead volume goal | Solo agents and brokerages of 3 to 12 losing leads to slow follow up |
These are not competing purchases for most people. They are answers to different questions, and the honest version is that a team already spending well on Ylopo ads and still missing the 9pm text has a response problem sitting inside a generation solution.
One thing to know before you take us seriously: Apanto is early stage software. We do not have a wall of customer logos. What we have is a published price, 30 days money back on the founding solo rate, and a direct line rather than a support queue.
Questions agents ask
How much does Ylopo cost?
No figure is published. Three plans, Solo, Growing Team and Complete, with your number coming from Ylopo's calculator or a demo, and ad spend separate on top. Checked 12 September 2026.
Why do the estimates online disagree?
Because none of them are from Ylopo. Third party figures differ materially, often without naming a plan or a year. Ask Ylopo directly, and ask what the recommended ad spend is on top.
Is Apanto a Ylopo alternative?
For part of the job only. Apanto does no lead generation, deliberately, and never will. It answers the leads you already have. If lead volume is the problem, we are not your fix, and we would rather say so now than in week two.
Do I need both?
Count last month's leads and how many got a reply inside five minutes. The gap between those two numbers tells you which one to buy first.
How long does Apanto take to set up?
About two weeks. Business texting in the United States runs through carrier registration, and that review is the wait. It applies to every compliant provider.
